A&L Construction Corp. is a family-owned general contracting company serving the North Shore and Greater Boston. With more than 20 years in business, A&L supports multifamily owners, property investors, commercial clients, and select residential projects through capital improvements, redevelopment work, renovations, additions, roofing, exterior upgrades, and design-informed construction services.

Angel López | President & Owner

Angel López is the President and Owner of A&L Construction Corp., bringing more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience across residential and commercial projects. He leads the company with practical field knowledge, strong project oversight, and a focus on quality, safety, scheduling, cost control, and execution.

Angel holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor Registration, Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor certification, and OSHA 30-hour certification.

Audrey López Normil | Director of Project Operations & In-House Designer

Audrey López Normil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a First Professional Master of Arts in Interior Architecture from Endicott College. She brings 12 years of experience at A&L Construction Corp., where her role bridges project management, operations, and in-house design.

Her approach combines practical construction execution with a design-informed perspective, emphasizing material authenticity, spatial quality, and a strong sense of place. She is drawn to work that feels intentional, grounded, and contextually responsive, while remaining focused on coordination, function, and overall design intent.
